A Guide to Completing the Quest “A New Outlook on Life”

The Quest “A New Outlook on life” unlocks Bright Blue Eyes for your character. The quest involves locating and reading pages to gather information for the barber. You go to the Maelstrom Construction Site, and within the building there you will see the glow of a page. You must kill the enemies there and destroy their spawning point to gain access into another area where you will find the last page to complete the quest.
