How to Find the Building Block in Netherton

The location will be marked on the map for the ruins in Netherton (near the Low Meadows region). This area is in the shroud. Once you get there, there is a few buildings in ruins, for this quest, look for the building that is built on a bridge.

Once inside the “bridge” building, when looking up, you will see the location of the building block.

To reach the upper floor, go outside of the building, to the side you will see some platforms and a hook you can use to swing up.

Using the grappling hook, you will reach a door. This door will lead inside to where you need to carefully step around or jump the hole in the floor to get to the quest item.

You now have the Roughly Cut Stone Block that can be made at the workbench using stone.
