Enshrouded is available on Steam and developed by Keen Games GmbH. Enshrouded is a open-world adventure, RPG game that incorporates crafting, building, exploring and surviving. You can choose how you want to build your character and which skills you will unlock as you level up. Play this solo, or cooperatively in multiplayer (which can be helpful in the more challenging quests). There are many settings available to adjust your game play, to allow for a more challenging or more relaxing experience. The freedom of this game allows you to choose where you want to build, what you want to build (all the way down to a single block), and how you want to play the game. You can explore the map to stumble upon new areas and biomes. You decide when you want to tackle a quest. Enshrouded is a great game that can be adjusted each time you play, if you want something more relaxing, you can spend hours building, or if you want to level up and progress you can stay busy with quests. As of May 10, 2025, I’ve sunk almost 300 hours into this game, and have a bunch of quests to still complete, and map areas to explore. The game is in Early Access, and the developers are still making improvements and adding to the game. Since the game is in Early Access, the price is very reasonable, and I anticipate the cost going up in the next year, as they continue to improve.
